Heavy-duty British-manufactured hydraulic C-frame press with a rated capacity of 100 kN / approximately 10 tonnes and 125 mm ram stroke. This well-equipped example incorporates an electronic cycle controller with selectable Automatic Running, Single Cycle/Hand, Single Cycle/Foot, Single Break, Double Break and Tool Setting operating modes. The press is equipped with adjustable ram-cycle position controls, adjustable hydraulic pressure/load setting, hold-on-load facility, ram support system and combined tonnes/kN load indication. Safety equipment includes manufacturer-specified light-screen guarding, guarded working area, emergency-stop controls and keyed operating-mode selection. Foot pedal and hand-cycle operation are both provided. Complete with fitted upper and lower production tooling/bolster arrangement as photographed. 415 V, 3-phase, with 3 kW hydraulic motor, 30-litre hydraulic reservoir and 4–10 bar air requirement.
